BNBM new housing industry base & model park project settles in LETDZ

On April 27, the signing ceremony for the agreement on the new housing industry base and model park project of Beijing New Building Materials Group (BNBM) was held in Lianyungang. Under the agreement, the project, with an area of 470 mu and a total investment of RMB 1 billion, will build a new large housing building materials production base and a new housing model park for visit, demonstration and marketing. After completion, the project will supply 2 million square meters of new housing building materials a year, and is expected to achieve annual sales of RMB 3 billion and profits and taxes of RMB 650 million.
The project accords with the country’s overall development strategy of energy conservation and emission reduction and industrial policy of vigorously developing energy-conserving and environment-friendly housing, and will produce no “three wastes” during construction and production. After completion, the project will serve as a new sample for housing construction in Lianyungang and its peripheral areas, and boost the technical renovation and upgrading of the housing construction industry; also, it is conducive to forming a circular economic mode integrating raw material production, technical R & D, processing & manufacture with logistics service, and to creating good economic and social benefits.
